Guidelines for Members

1. Respect and Inclusion: Treat all members with kindness and respect, honoring diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.

2. Confidentiality: What is shared in the group stays in the group. This ensures a safe space for open and vulnerable conversations.

3. No Medical Advice: While sharing personal experiences is encouraged, refrain from giving medical or therapeutic advice unless you are a licensed professional.

4. Evidence-Based Sharing: When sharing information, aim for accuracy and credibility. If sharing personal insights, clarify that it’s your perspective.

5. Harm Reduction First: This community promotes safe and informed practices. Posts that glorify reckless behavior or illegal activities will be removed.

6. No Promotions or Spam: Self-promotion, advertising, or irrelevant links are not allowed. Exceptions may be granted with admin approval.

7. Stay Curious and Open-Minded: Engage with a spirit of learning and curiosity.
